Easy Whole Wheat Rosemary Focaccia

Farm fresh sage, oregano, thyme, and savory made this white whole wheat herb focaccia! This recipe comes from Letty's Kitchen.


  • 2 cups white whole wheat flour
  • 2 cups unbleached all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons instant dry yeast
  • 1 3/4 cups very warm water (120°F.)
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons fine sea salt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, plus more for pan and top of focaccia
  • 2 tablespoons plus 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
