We have a ton of rabbits this season in Colorado, so that means you will probably need to protect your crops from them. Besides breeding foxes or getting roaming guinea hens, you might want to construct a fence. The fence should be sturdy enough so rabbits cannot dig under or jump over the fence. It does not need to be super tall. Pictured is two-foot chicken wire with t-posts in my raised beds. Others I know have created pvc and plastic wire systems. Regardless, rabbits like your sweetest low-to-the-ground crops: lettuce, carrots, strawberries. I also know folks who surround these crops with less-desired (by rabbits) crops like onion and other herbs.
