Join Farmer Amanda as she shares her knowledge of cheese-making. She will guide you through the entire process from milk to curd. The class will include a combination of cheese history and guided cheese-making. You'll walk away with fresh homemade Mozzarella and the knowledge to make cheese whenever your heart desires!
This class will be held inside in our commercial kitchen. The space is big enough, and the class small enough, that we can maintain social distancing. Masks optional.
Please wear closed-toe shoes and DO NOT bring any pets to the Farm.
Drive into the driveway and park in the back to the left (follow the signs).
